Financial inclusion is a key focus for businesses in South Africa, particularly the marginalized communities in the townships and rural areas. We have been playing a part in this space by Implementing Consumer Financial Education and Wellness programmes since 2020, with a special focus on the rural and township communities in South Africa.

We use various methodologies and approaches tapping into practices and realities of the townships and rural communities. These include face to face workshop sessions using the common gathering practices in these communities.

In addition to using the mass media channels prevalent in these communities, we have created a team of Ditigal Ambassadors [ mainly unemployed Youth] to run ongoing education using our unique and powerful online community Portal. This process is empowering and helps address the high youth unemployment in the townships and rural areas.
